Donate to the Jeff Gareau Campaign

Campaign contributions and how the Election Rebate Program works: 

Contribution Cheques are payable to the 'Jeff Gareau Campaign Account' or ‘Jeff Gareau Campaign’ and will be deposited to the Campaign Account at TD Canada Trust.

Jeff participated in this program in its first year of existence in 2003 and again in the 2006 Election.  The Election Rebate has changed since 2006 so there is more incentive to contribute to our campaign and receive half of the contribution back (see below for details). Thank you for your support!

Canadian Citizens residing in Oakville are eligible for the Election Rebate Program by applying to the Town of Oakville.

Minimum contribution to apply for a rebate is $100 of which 50% will be rebated after the official application has been submitted by the end of 2010 and the cheque is issued after the Campaign’s financial statements have been audited by a Chartered Accountant.

The maximum rebate is $375.

All donations (up to a maximum of $750 per individual) to the Jeff Gareau Campaign are greatly appreciated but please note that Corporations, Registered Charities or Associations are not eligible for the rebate program.
